Koorvereniging Bergen is a choral ensemble that performs large scale classical and sacred repertoire, often joining forces with other choral societies and orchestras in the North Holland region. They have worked under conductor Pieter Jan Olthof, who has led the ensemble with dedication for over fifty years. Collaborative projects have brought them together with groups such as Oratoriumkoor Schagen, Castricumse Oratorium Vereniging and the Begeleidingsorkest voor Noord Holland, tackling ambitious works like Dvořák's Stabat mater alongside professional soloists.
