About
Also known as: Lance O. Omal
Lancey Foux, real name Lance O. Omal, is a British rapper from Stratford, London, who The Guardian credited as "fundamental" to the development of the UK underground rap scene. Working within rage rap, he built his name through a steady stream of projects that blend raw energy with a restless approach to style. His 2018 album Pink II included a collaboration with Skepta on "Dyed 2WICE", landing him a spot on Skepta's SK LEVEL Europe tour, and he later appeared on Skepta's album Ignorance Is Bliss. His 2022 studio album LIFE IN HELL produced the track "LANCEY OR LANCEY", which sparked a viral TikTok trend the following summer. He followed that with BACK2DATRAP, a joint project with producer Bally featuring Sexyy Red on the lead single "MMM HMM". In late 2024 he linked up with Fimiguerrero and Len for the collaborative mixtape CONGLOMERATE, which hit number 23 on the UK Albums Chart, a first for all three acts.
