About
Milan rapper Lazza blends trap with a classical piano sensibility in a way that feels genuinely his own. His 2017 debut album Zzala set the template, mixing trap beats with piano lines drawn from his conservatory training, and platinum singles like "MOB" with Nitro and Salmo followed. His second album Re Mida pushed further into trap territory and topped the Italian FIMI chart, eventually going five times platinum. Then came Sirio in 2022, which broke records as the longest running number one on the FIMI Albums Chart in a decade, later reaching diamond certification. He also competed at the Sanremo Music Festival 2023 with "Cenere", finishing second. His fourth album Locura arrived in 2024, featuring collaborators including Laura Pausini, Ghali and Lil Baby, and in mid 2025 he released two reworked versions of it: Locura Jam and Locura Opera, the latter reimagined with the Milan Symphony Orchestra.
