Let 3 have built their reputation on being genuinely, deliberately outrageous. The Rijeka based Croatian rock band, together since 1987, are frontmen Damir Martinović and Zoran Prodanović, and they have turned provocation into an art form: releasing a CD with nothing recorded on it and selling 350 copies, unveiling a four metre tall statue called Grandma's Dick, and getting fined by a Croatian court after arguing they were not technically naked because they had corks in their anuses. Their music sits in the alternative rock and post punk space, with lyrics that are deliberately vulgar and politically pointed, taking aim at Balkan machismo, militarism, and conservative politics. The 2005 album Bombardiranje Srbije i Čačka is a good example of that approach. In 2023 they brought all of it to Eurovision, representing Croatia with Mama ŠČ! and finishing 13th in the final, seventh in the televote. Their 2025 album RKTRD NDRD shows they are still very much at it.
