Mattanja Joy Bradley is a Dutch singer songwriter who spent over a decade as the frontwoman of Tilburg blues and rock and roll band Bradley's Circus, releasing four studio albums with them. Two of those records were tracked at Dockside Studio in Louisiana, and their 2013 album Kickin' But Not High picked up a nomination for best blues album. That same year she was named best blues vocalist of 2012. On the solo side, Bradley was crowned Serious Talent on Dutch radio station 3FM in 2012 and reached the final of De beste singer songwriter van Nederland. Her debut solo album Wake Me Up followed in 2013, and its single Hurricane landed placements in a JCPenney TV ad, an HBO Netherlands summer promo, and season three of the US series Banshee. A documentary about her, directed by Ellen van Kempen, was selected for IDFA the same year. In 2019 she teamed up with hardstyle DJ Brennan Heart for the single Need To Feel, a video shot in the Las Vegas desert that racked up over 1.7 million views.
