About
Megan McKenna built her name on reality TV, but it's country music where she found her real footing. After starring in her own ITVBe series following her to Nashville, she dropped a debut EP with "High Heeled Shoes" and "Far Cry from Love", both of which topped the British iTunes chart within a day of release. Her debut album Story of Me came out in 2018 and hit number four on the UK Country Chart, showing she had genuine staying power beyond the tabloid spotlight. Then came The X Factor: Celebrity in 2019, which she won with over 46 percent of the final vote, landing a record deal with Syco. The years since have kept her busy: a gluten free recipe book, more singles including "Ruin Your Night" and "Family at Christmas", a run to the Celebrity MasterChef final, and eventually parting ways with her label to chase the country sound she always wanted.
