About
Also known as: Benjamin David
Benjamin David, the Melbourne born producer behind Mild Minds, has carved out a distinct space in electronic music with his hazy, immersive sound. He released his debut single "Swim" in 2018, quickly followed by an EP of the same name, and the track's reach kept growing long after release. A remix of "Swim" by Luc Bradford scored a Grammy nomination for Best Remixed Recording in 2020, which is a pretty remarkable milestone for a debut single. That same year, the video for "Walls" took home Best Dance/Electronic Video at the UK Music Video Awards. Now based in Los Angeles, Mild Minds also created Miami Horror, and his single "Formations" was certified gold in Australia in 2025.
