About
Mir is the youngest member and resident rapper of the South Korean group MBLAQ, which he was part of from 2009 to 2015. He co wrote the lyrics to "You're my +" and "Can't Come Back" with bandmate G.O, and the two also teamed up on "Wild", a sub unit song they performed on the group's Asia tour. He kept going through a spinal disc surgery in 2011 and came back to perform with the group after time off. Away from the group, he featured on Ahn Jin Kyung's "Bad Person" and on "Going Crazy" with Kan Mi youn and MBLAQ's Lee Joon. He has also done plenty of TV, from the reality show The Romantic and Idol to a stint on Law of the Jungle, plus a kids musical program where he played a hero. He enlisted in the army in 2016 and was discharged in July 2018.
