Ms. John Soda is a Weilheim, Germany duo made up of Stefanie Böhm and Micha Acher, and their particular brand of indietronica sits somewhere between delicate electronics and understated songwriting. Their debut album No P. or D., released on Morr Music in 2002, caught serious attention and landed at number 45 on Pitchfork's top albums of 2003 list. The follow up Notes and the Like came out in 2006, and the duo eventually returned with Loom in 2015, showing a patience in their output that suits the unhurried, contemplative feel of their music.
