About
Muiters is the team up of cabaret performer Thijs Kemperink and singer Erwin Nyhoff, a pairing that mixes stand up storytelling with live music. Thijs takes the narrator's chair, poking fun at familiar holiday clichés with sharp humour and a disarming charm, while Erwin supplies the songs with his soft, angelic voice. Their shows are built to be interactive: the audience sings along, laughs along, and gets pulled into a quiz to see who really knows their stuff. Both bring their own track record. Kemperink has filled full evening programmes with his cabaret and has had plenty of audiences doubled over. Nyhoff played Pinkpop with his band The Prodigal Sons and became a household name in the Netherlands after reaching the final of The Voice of Holland.
