About
Also known as: Dewika Nathassia Saalbach, Nathassia Devine
Nathassia made history in April 2016 as the first electronic music artist to perform at the Luxor Temple in Egypt, setting the tone for a career that consistently blends music with a genuine celebration of multicultural identity. The Dutch DJ, singer and songwriter, originally from Gouda and now based in London, has built a sound rooted in melodic techno while drawing on a wide range of electronic genres. Her debut album "Light Of The World" and the follow up "Devine Sunrise" both made waves, with the latter cracking the Top 5 on the UK iTunes Electronic Album Chart. Since 2020 she has hosted Goddess Is A DJ, a weekly radio show reaching around 10 million listeners across more than 40 countries. On the singles front, "Guardian Angel" hit number 3 in the UK Dance chart, while "My House", "Tall" and "Disco Kid" each peaked at number 2. More recently she dropped "Sweet Suriname" and "Guardian Angel" in 2024, keeping her output steady and her multicultural message front and centre.
