Four of Olivier Giacomotto's tracks ended up in Rockstar Games' Midnight Club: Los Angeles, which tells you something about the range this Bordeaux born, Paris based producer operates at. Working across deep house, tech house and melodic techno, he built a serious reputation on Beatport through the 2000s and early 2010s, landing regularly in its Top 10 charts and becoming the platform's best selling tech house producer in 2015. He also co directed Definitive Recordings alongside John Acquaviva for a decade, shaping the label's sound as both its main artist and A&R director. Beyond the club world, he scored the full soundtrack for the horror film The Red Man in 2016, and a track he produced for reggae artist Terry Lynn made it onto the Date Night soundtrack. More recently, he co produced Home with Kiko and David Guetta for Spinnin' Records in 2024, a release praised for its melodic techno feel, and the trio followed it up with After You and Prayer in 2025 and 2026.
