About
Also known as: PegboardsNerd
Pegboard Nerds are a Danish Norwegian electronic duo, and even their name is a clever touch: it's an anagram of their two surnames, Odden and Parsberg. Working across dubstep, glitch hop, electro house, and trap, they've built a reputation for music that hits hard without ever feeling one note. Their 2015 release Pink Cloud, put out to raise funds for breast cancer research, shot to number 2 on iTunes Dance Albums and cracked the Billboard Dance Top 10. Collabs have been a big part of their story too. "Get on Up" with Jauz landed among the top bass house tracks of 2015, and "Superstar" with Nghtmre and Krewella topped the Beatport Dubstep Charts in May 2016. Their 2017 album Nerds by Nature reached number 12 on the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart and pulled in solid reviews across the board.
