With 3.5 million combined UK sales under his belt, Professor Green, born Stephen Paul Manderson in Hackney, has carved out a proper place in British hip hop. His debut album Alive Till I'm Dead launched him into the mainstream in 2010, with 'Just Be Good to Green' featuring Lily Allen landing in the UK top 5 and the album itself peaking at number 2. He kept the momentum going with At Your Inconvenience in 2011, which produced the chart topper 'Read All About It' with Emeli Sandé. His third album Growing Up In Public followed in 2014, including the single 'Lullaby' featuring Tori Kelly. Beyond music, Pro Green has been vocal about mental health, supporting suicide prevention charity CALM, and he hosted Lip Sync Battle UK on Channel 5. His autobiography even made the Times bestseller list, which says a lot about how far his reach goes beyond just rapping.
