About
Qendresa, born Qendresa Sopa, is a British Kosovar singer, songwriter and producer from North West London who makes self produced electronic soul with a sharp, personal edge. Her two studio albums, Midnight Request Line from 2020 and Londra from 2024, built a loyal following before wider audiences caught on. She also ran her own show on NTS Radio back in 2018, which says a lot about how seriously the underground took her early on. Things shifted dramatically in 2026 when Canadian rapper Drake tracked her down via Instagram DM after using her song "Tearz" in a post, and later featured her across four tracks on his surprise releases Habibti and Maid of Honour. "Slap The City" from Habibti cracked the Billboard Hot 100, and her Spotify monthly listeners jumped from six figures to over six million almost overnight. She kept her own momentum going too, releasing the singles "Rain in July / Be the One" and "Besitos / Gave Myself 2 U" through her label dream city discs.
