About
Rødhåd is one of the more serious names in Berlin techno, a producer and DJ who has built his reputation on depth and consistency rather than hype. Born Mike Bierbach, he co founded Dystopian in 2009, a party series that grew into a respected record label, and his work is closely tied to Berghain, the Berlin club that functions as a kind of benchmark for the genre. His debut album Anxious came out on Dystopian in 2017, and since then he has been prolific under his own WSNWG Back To Zero imprint, releasing Mood in 2020 and two albums in 2023 alone: Revisited and Ringwelt. He has also collaborated on full length records with fellow artists JakoJako and Vril, showing that his creative interests stretch well beyond solo work.
