About
Also known as: Radwan Ghazi Moumneh
Radwan Ghazi Moumneh wears a lot of hats, and most of them involve Montreal's underground. He's best known as the force behind Jerusalem in My Heart, the live project he started in 2005 that has put out a run of records on Constellation, including Mo7it Al Mo7it, Daqa'iq Tudaiq and Qalaq. There's also a collaborative album with Suuns, whom he had recorded earlier. Before that, he played in Montreal hardcore and punk bands like The Black Hand and IRE, and he later led Land of Kush. In 2004 he co founded the Hotel2Tango studio with Howard Bilerman, Efrim Menuck and Thierry Amar, and that's where much of his work as an engineer and producer has happened. His credits include Suuns, Mashrou' Leila, Matana Roberts and Ought. He's also teamed up with Eric Chenaux on The Sentimental Moves.
