About
Also known as: Alexander Chiedu Anyaegbunam
Rejjie Snow, born Alexander Chiedu Anyaegbunam, has been quietly building one of the more distinctive voices in jazz rap since his debut EP Rejovich landed in 2013 and immediately topped the iTunes Hip Hop chart ahead of Kanye West and J. Cole. That early buzz was no fluke. His track "1992" cleared a million YouTube views, and his official debut single "All Around the World" racked up 500,000 plays in its first week, helped along by a video featuring Lily Rose Depp. His follow up "Blakkst Skn" came courtesy of Kaytranada, signalling he had a good ear for producers. After signing to 300 Entertainment, his long gestating debut album Dear Annie finally arrived in 2018 and made NME's year end list. He also popped up on Clairo's "Hello?" that same year. Since then he has kept moving: Baw Baw Black Sheep came out in 2021, and his third album PEACE 2 DA WORLD dropped in 2024.
