RnBoi made history as the first artist ever signed to Aya Nakamura's record label, a pretty big deal for a French R&B act still in the early stages of his career. Born Samy Schmitt Fahli, he started out as a beatmaker, moved into rap, and eventually found his lane in R&B. His debut EP My Eyes Only arrived in June 2025, led by the track "BTRD". He followed that up with "Mon bébé", a collab featuring Max on guitar and Seny on piano, which went viral before it even officially dropped. The track climbed to number one in Luxembourg and landed RnBoi in the Spotify Global Top 200 as the only French solo act that year. Oh, and his stage name? A nod to Eren from Attack on Titan, based on a resemblance he had to the character when he was younger.
