About
Ron Charles is a guitarist with a broad reach across styles, equally at home in jazz, blues, soul, r&b, classic rock and pop. He is known for nimble fretwork and a feel for swinging bass lines, and his versatility makes him a natural fit for settings where genres blur and collide. He has performed as part of the Glitterball Experience, a gig that speaks to his comfort with crowd pleasing repertoire as much as more straight ahead material. Charles is also a familiar presence on the live jam session circuit, where he regularly steps up as session leader, helping musicians of all levels find their footing on stage together.
