About
Royseven are a six piece alternative rock band from Dublin who built a serious following on both sides of the Irish Sea and across mainland Europe. Their debut album The Art of Insincerity, signed to Universal Music Group and produced by Marc Carolan, the front of house engineer for Muse, charted at number 17 in Ireland and sent them out on the road with Bryan Adams and to stages like Rock Am Ring and the Montreux Jazz Festival. Their second record, You Say We Say, hit number 1 on the Irish iTunes album chart, and the single We Should Be Lovers became the most played Irish song on Irish radio in 2011, later landing them a global VW advertising campaign. After splitting in March 2014, they reformed in February 2021 and announced they were back in the studio recording new music.
