Samy Moussa is a composer from Montréal, Canada, who has served as composer in residence for the ZaterdagMatinee concert series. His work sits within the world of contemporary classical music, and he has written concerto repertoire performed by top tier soloists. His flute concerto was co commissioned by the ZaterdagMatinee and performed by Emmanuel Pahud, principal flutist of the Berliner Philharmoniker.
