About
Also known as: Sevval Sam
Şevval Sam is a Turkish singer and actress whose work spans arabesk and Karadeniz folk music, two genres with deep roots in Turkish popular and regional tradition. She has built a dual career across music and television, becoming widely recognized for her role as Ender in the hit series Yasak Elma, alongside appearances in Süper Baba, Gülbeyaz, and Bodrum Masalı. Her discography runs parallel to a busy screen presence, and she moves between the two worlds with equal ease. With a voice shaped by a household steeped in music, including singer mother Leman Sam, she brings genuine feeling to the emotionally charged territory that arabesk demands.
