Shrink the Giant is an indie alternative rock act out of Kamas, Utah, built around the vocals and guitar of Stefania Barr and her bandmate Aaron Hurt. They hit the ground running with their debut album in 2012, earning praise from SLUG Magazine as "polished and ready for the masses," and made a serious impression when they won a local radio competition and played the X96 Big Ass Show alongside Imagine Dragons, Neon Trees, and Awolnation. Their second album, Faceless, followed in 2014 and expanded their reach in both digital and physical formats. The band's sound carries real ambition, and they have kept active well into the 2020s. Recent official videos for tracks like Tick Talk and We're Both Idiots show them still sharpening their craft, and their catalogue ranges from original material to a well known Imagine Dragons cover that gave early fans a taste of their range.
