About
Someni, who also performs under the name Rancido, creates electronic music designed to guide listeners into what practitioners call the theta state, that hazy, open space between sleeping and waking. Working with live visuals, electronic frequencies, and a wide range of instruments and sounds, the project leans into immersive, ceremonial territory rather than straightforward club music. Collaborating with Cosmic Spirit of Theta Session, Someni shapes experiences that invite audiences to sit or lie down and simply let the sound work on their nervous system. The project brings together medicine musicians and space holders, pointing to an approach rooted as much in ritual and inner exploration as in electronic production.
