About
Soul Glo take hardcore punk somewhere genuinely uncomfortable, mixing it with rap rock and noise in ways that feel urgent rather than experimental for its own sake. The Philadelphia trio, anchored by Pierce Jordan's confrontational vocals, built a reputation on relentless touring and a run of increasingly sharp releases before landing on Epitaph Records in 2021. Their 2022 full length Diaspora Problems is the centrepiece of their catalogue so far, arriving on a label that gave them the platform to match their ambition. That same year they opened for My Chemical Romance at the PNC Arena and played alongside Show Me the Body on a cross country run, then showed up at Coachella in 2023. The single "If I Speak (Shut the Fuck Up)" surfaced in late 2023, keeping the momentum going.
