About
Still Remains built their reputation the hard way, playing local venues in Grand Rapids before landing a deal with Roadrunner Records and dropping their debut full length Of Love and Lunacy in 2005. The album leaned hard into metalcore, generating singles like "The Worst Is Yet to Come" and leading to tours alongside Trivium, Bullet for My Valentine, and Hawthorne Heights. Their second album, The Serpent, pushed vocalist T.J. Miller toward a more melodic approach, and the single "Dancing with the Enemy" even cracked the UK charts. After disbanding in 2008 they came back together permanently in 2011, eventually releasing Ceasing to Breathe in 2013. More recently the band has kept things moving with the EP Spirit Breaker, released in 2026, along with singles like "The Wound and the Weapon" and "Erase You".
