About
The Rabbits are a five piece band that blends live instrumentation with the warmth of a full string ensemble. The core group features piano and composition by David Saruchanov, cello from Flavia Escartin and Isa Schouten, vocals by Carolina Gemmell, and drums from Guy Abada. When they expand into their large ensemble format, they bring in violinists Teddy Sicking and Mara Mostert, alongside violists Valentina Real Goni and Chiara Botturi. The result is a sound that feels genuinely emotional, raw in the best sense, unguarded and honest rather than polished and safe. Their music moves between tenderness and frustration, finding room for laughter somewhere in between.
