About
Tiago Nacarato's big break came from a stripped back guitar and voice cover of Vinícius de Moraes and Toquinho's "Onde Anda Você" on Portuguese TV in 2017. The video went viral, racked up close to 30 million YouTube views, and the song later earned him Gold in Brazil and Platinum in Portugal. He's a Portuguese singer songwriter with Brazilian roots, and he started out by studying at the Valentim de Carvalho Music School, then singing with the Orquestra Bamba Social, a Portuguese and Brazilian group that reworks MPB classics.

His debut album, Lugar Comum, came out in 2019, followed by Peito Aberto in 2022 and the more intimate Não Sabia o Desamor. That last one leans on two guitars, female backing vocals and lyrics written with names like Luísa Sobral. He has toured Europe, Portugal and Brazil several times, won the Andrea Parodi award, and teamed up with Brazilian guitarist Cainã Cavalcante on the EP Beira Mar.
