About
Yulianna Beziazychna is a Ukrainian Dutch pianist who has already racked up first prizes at international competitions across more than ten countries, all before her twelfth birthday. She took the top prize at the Steinway Pianoconcours in the Netherlands in 2024, sweeping the First Prize, Public Prize and Grand Prix in one go, and followed that with a first prize at the César Franck International Piano Competition in Belgium. Her repertoire stretches from Mozart and Haydn concertos to Schumann and contemporary pieces, and she has rehearsed with the Concertgebouw Orchestra. Festivals in Amsterdam, Hamburg and beyond have featured her on their stages, and Dutch national radio NPO Klassiek has broadcast her performing live three times. Trouw named her one of the most promising young piano talents in the Netherlands, and De Gelderlander called her a piano wonder, which is hard to argue with.
