On 29 August 2026, the Vondelpark Openluchttheater hosts the Hip Hop Games, an international battle competition where crews face improvisation-based challenges, followed by 'Waterkind', a water-inspired dance performance by Swedish duo Land Before Time (Joanna Holewa Chrona and Yared Tilahun Cederlund) with vocals by Ntsika Fana Ngxanga. The event takes place as part of the Summer Dance Forever festival.
