Paard is a cultural and social venue in The Hague that opened on October 21, 1972, originally named Paard van Troje. Established as a youth center by activists with support from local government and the youth project Ruimte, it was housed in a former girls' boarding school on Prinsegracht. The venue served as a meeting place for The Hague's young people, offering support and advice alongside cultural programming and community engagement through visitor councils.

Lessman, also known as Ewa Minderman or hitjes Queen, has built a solid reputation in the Den Haag DJ scene over the years. Her sets are a playful mix of evergreens, alternative classics, sharp remixes and the occasional guilty pleasure, all tied together by one clear goal: keeping the dance floor moving.
