Cultuurhuus Braakhekke in Bathmen is a multifunctional cultural center that opened in its renovated form on 30 May 2008, building on the legacy of Zaal Braakhekke which operated as a community gathering space since 1956. The main venue, the Heeren van Dorthzaal, functions as a full theatre with professional lighting and sound equipment. The facility hosts a wide range of activities and performances organized by local associations and the managing foundation.
