Openluchttheater De Doolhof is an open air theater set within a 1.7 hectare park in Tegelen, near Venlo, featuring monumental trees and classical architecture. The performance space, a 75 by 45 meter area with terraced levels and multiple pathways, was designed over 80 years ago as a permanent stage for the Passion Plays performed every five years, though it hosts various events. A covered tribune provides 1,300 seats with clear sightlines to the stage. The venue is easily accessible by car, train and bus, with free parking nearby.
