About Don Toliver

Don Toliver built his name by appearing on Travis Scott's landmark album Astroworld in 2018, and Scott liked what he heard enough to sign him to Cactus Jack Records almost immediately after. His early singles "No Idea" and "After Party" both went triple platinum largely thanks to TikTok, which sent them viral before most people had caught on to his sound. That sound sits somewhere between trap and alternative R&B, heavy on atmosphere and melody, with Toliver's distinctive falsetto doing a lot of the heavy lifting. His debut album Heaven or Hell cracked the top ten of the Billboard 200, and he kept that momentum going with Life of a Don and Love Sick. Along the way he picked up collaborations with Eminem, Kanye West, Skrillex, Justin Bieber, and Nas, among others. His fourth album Hardstone Psycho peaked at number three on the Billboard 200, driven by the single "Bandit". His fifth album Octane became his first number one record, backed by the singles "Tiramisu" and "ATM".
