About

Acid Angel from Asia is a K pop subunit that grew out of the ambitious tripleS project, put together by Seoul based label MODHAUS. The group debuted in October 2022 with the mini album "Acid Angel from Asia <Access>", carving out their own distinct space within the larger tripleS universe. The subunit is led by Kim Yooyeon, who first caught public attention through the survival show My Teenage Girl before stepping into her role as a central figure in both Acid Angel from Asia and the EVOLution subunit. TripleS itself, the full group, made its debut in February 2023 with the mini album "Assemble", followed by the full group album ASSEMBLE24 in 2024, showing just how much momentum the whole project has built.
