About
Few Turkish artists have racked up the kind of streaming numbers Aleyna Tilki has. Her breakout track "Cevapsız Çınlama" crossed 600 million views on YouTube and is considered the most viewed Turkish music video on the platform, while her first solo single "Sen Olsan Bari" hit number one on Turkey's charts and pulled in over 500 million views of its own. That kind of reach put her in conversations alongside pop heavyweights like Sertab Erener and Hadise. Tilki blends dance pop, mainstream pop and Turkish pop into a sound that clearly resonates well beyond her home country. She made history by becoming the first Turkish singer to enter negotiations with Warner Music for an album deal, and she has also moved into acting, landing a lead role in the Exxen series "İşte Bu Benim Masalım". Recent releases including "Ayrı Gitme" and "Başıma Belasın" show she is keeping up a steady pace of new music.
