Few songwriters working today have had their fingerprints on as many hits as Amy Allen. The Arkansas raised writer and producer co wrote every track on Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Sweet, an album that debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, and her work on Carpenter's singles "Espresso" and "Please Please Please" dominated Top 40 radio, with the latter hitting number one on the Billboard Hot 100. She has also left her mark on records by Harry Styles, Olivia Rodrigo, Halsey, Tate McRae and Justin Bieber, racking up 34 Hot 100 charting songs in the process. Allen is not just a behind the scenes figure though. She put out her self titled debut album in September 2024, preceded by a run of singles and an opening slot on Bleachers' European tour. On the awards front, she won the Grammy for Songwriter of the Year, Non Classical twice, at both the 67th and 68th Grammy ceremonies, making her one of the most decorated songwriters of her generation.
