About
Arsenii Moon is a classical pianist in his twenties who won the prestigious Ferruccio Busoni competition, one of the most demanding piano contests in the field. His programmes tend to draw on the Romantic and early modern repertoire, with Chopin, Ravel and Scriabin all featuring in his work. Technically he can handle the explosive, almost diabolical side of Ravel just as comfortably as the more restrained, intimate world of Chopin. That range, from raw pyrotechnics to deep lyrical expression, is what defines his playing.
