About
Also known as: B Witched, B'Witched, B-Witched, BWitched, Be Witched, Bewitched
B*Witched came out of Dublin in 1998 and went straight to number one with their debut single "C'est la Vie", which made them the youngest girl group to top the UK chart at the time. They kept going, too: "Rollercoaster", "To You I Belong" and "Blame It on the Weatherman" all hit number one as well, and in the US "C'est la Vie" climbed to number nine on the Billboard Hot 100. Their self titled debut album went 2x Platinum in the UK. The four piece of twins Edele and Keavy Lynch, Lindsay Armaou and Sinéad O'Carroll leaned into a tomboy image, sang the theme to the Sabrina animated series, and supported NSYNC on tour. After a split in 2002, they reunited for the TV series The Big Reunion in 2012, then put out the Champagne or Guinness EP in 2014. In 2023 they marked their 25th anniversary with the single "Birthday".
