About
BABYBEARD brings together two things that probably shouldn't work side by side: bright, sugary Japanese pop and the full force energy of heavy metal. The trio formed in 2021 around Ladybeard, an Australian performer with a reputation for blending physical power, humour and idol showmanship, and is completed by SUZU and MAHRI, two Japanese vocalists with crystal clear voices. What they've built together is a world of its own, where sweetness and excess collide in a rush of heavy sound, sharp choreography and relentlessly good vibes.
