About
Battle Beast built their reputation the hard way, winning two major band competitions in 2010 before they even had a record deal, including the international Wacken Metal Battle, whose final round takes place at Germany's legendary Wacken Open Air festival. That momentum carried their debut album Steel to number seven on the Finnish charts, and the international metal label Nuclear Blast came knocking shortly after. Their blend of heavy metal muscle with big melodic hooks and arena ready choruses has only grown sharper over the years. Since replacing founding vocalist Nitte Valo with Noora Louhimo in 2012, the band has been on a consistent upward trajectory. Their self titled second album cracked the Finnish top five, Unholy Savior hit number one, and the fourth record Bringer of Pain went platinum in Finland while also breaking the German top twenty. By the time No More Hollywood Endings won Metal Album of the Year at the Finnish Grammys, it was clear Battle Beast had become one of Finland's most dependable heavy metal exports. Their seventh studio album Steelbound arrived in October 2025.
