Winning 70 percent of viewer votes on Deutschland sucht den Superstar in 2013 was just the beginning for Beatrice Egli. The Swiss pop and Schlager singer from Freienbach turned that victory into a proper career, with her debut single "Mein Herz", written and produced by Dieter Bohlen, debuting at number one in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland simultaneously. Her first album "Glücksgefühle" sold over 450,000 copies across those three countries, and she has since moved well past two million records sold overall. Egli kept building from there, releasing a string of albums that repeatedly topped the Swiss charts, and since 2022 she has hosted her own show, Die Beatrice Egli Show. She recorded her 2019 album "Natürlich" in Australia, her fifth number one in Switzerland. Recently she has been active again, with a new album called "Hör nie auf damit" arriving in late 2025.
