Brandon Flowers is probably best known as the voice and primary songwriter behind the Killers, the Las Vegas rock band he co founded with Dave Keuning in 2001. He wrote "Mr. Brightside", the third biggest selling and streaming song of all time in the UK, and "All These Things That I've Done", which landed on The Daily Telegraph's list of the 100 Greatest Songs of All Time. The Killers have sold over 22 million records worldwide and spent more than 1,000 weeks on the UK charts. Flowers has also carved out a solid solo career alongside his band work. His debut solo album Flamingo hit number one in the UK in 2010, drawing heavily on his Las Vegas roots, while his follow up The Desired Effect (2015) went even better critically, with reviewers calling it his finest work since the Killers' debut Hot Fuss. That second solo record featured an impressive cast including Bruce Hornsby and Carlos Alomar. More recently, new music under his own name appears to be on the way, with a track called Plans and something called THRASHER surfacing in 2026.
