Carsick

About

Carsick play a brand of British rock that doesn't stay in one lane. Post punk energy, electronic touches woven through the guitars, and lyrics that orbit the messy realities of young adult life, it all sits together without feeling forced. Their track 'Is What It Is' captures those evenings when trouble finds you whether you're looking for it or not. 'Social Smoker' wraps a meditation on habits and seeing your own patterns reflected in someone else inside a proper punk arrangement, though the guitar work leaves plenty of room to move, and an electronic effect sneaks through the mix to keep things interesting. They're as comfortable playing someone's backyard as they are on festival stages, which tells you something about their range.
