About
Also known as: Catrina Burns, Catrina Burns-Temison, Catrina Keri Oluwaseun Burns-Temison, Catrina Temison
Cat Burns built her name on "Go", a song she put out in 2020 that quietly accumulated fans before TikTok turned it into a phenomenon, eventually pushing it to number two on the UK singles chart. Sony Music described it as a mix of gospel and pop with guitar led indie music, which lines up neatly with Burns' own take on her sound: pop with a cooler edge, sung in her London accent, rooted in relatable experiences. She supported Ed Sheeran on his Mathematics Tour and Years & Years' Olly Alexander on his Night Call Tour, and she performed "Go" live at the BRIT Awards in 2023, where she had racked up three nominations. Her debut album Early Twenties arrived in July 2024, followed by a second album How to Be Human in October 2025. Outside music, she made a splash on BBC's The Celebrity Traitors, where she was picked as one of the original traitors and made it all the way to the final. Recent YouTube activity points to new material still in the works, including a cover of Wheatus's "Teenage Dirtbag" and a collaboration with goddard. called "Wasted Youth".
