About
Staten Island born and Los Angeles based, Chrissy writes songs that sit right in the gap between pain and the first glimmer of feeling okay again. Her sound leans into swirling, lightly crackling production that keeps things dreamy and intimate while still carrying real emotional weight. The EP 'Slight Turn' is a good example of what she does best: songs about opening your heart after it's taken a hit, rendered with a voice that feels unguarded and close. The single 'Sore' distills that whole approach into one luminous moment, built around the line 'Nothing hurts anymore, it's just a little bit sore.' It's the kind of writing that nails a specific emotional truth, the strange relief of realising you're healing even when it still stings.
