Few artists burst onto the scene quite like Ciara did with her 2004 debut Goodies, a record that went quadruple platinum and produced three Billboard Hot 100 top five singles, including the number one title track featuring Petey Pablo. Dubbed the "First Lady of Crunk&B", she had a knack for blending hard hitting beats with slick choreography, and her follow up The Evolution (2006) debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Her range across r&b, pop, hip hop and dance has kept her sound shifting across eight studio albums. Her discography includes standout moments like "Love Sex Magic" with Justin Timberlake, the double platinum "Body Party", and "Level Up" from her first independent release Beauty Marks (2019). She has sold over 45 million records worldwide, picked up a Grammy Award along the way, and has also carved out a side career in film, including a starring role in the 2023 remake of The Color Purple. More recently she signed with Uptown Records and released the EP CiCi in 2023.
