About
Also known as: COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES, 선 밖에 색칠하다, 코르티스
CORTIS hit the ground running fast. BigHit Music's third group after BTS and Tomorrow X Together, the five member South Korean boy band debuted in August 2025 with "What You Want" and its treadmill choreography, then followed up with their EP Color Outside the Lines, which cracked the Billboard 200 at number 15 and eventually crossed two million in total album sales. That made them only the second K pop act to hit that milestone with a debut album, after Zerobaseone. What sets them apart is how involved they are in building their own sound. Every member pulls weight in songwriting, music production, videography and choreography, no fixed positions. Two of them, James and Martin, were already contributing to tracks by Illit and Tomorrow X Together before CORTIS even existed. Their 2026 single "RedRed" topped the Circle Digital Chart and became their biggest song yet, with their second EP GreenGreen on the way.
