About
Curbside Lambsear is the duo of Annabelle Mödlinger and Magdalena McLean, whose music sits somewhere between pop, folk and improvisation with a strong pull toward drone, dub and post punk. The project grew out of a desire to write music together, with early sessions built around DAWs. From there, the process became something more layered: phone notes, short poems scribbled on public transport, field recordings, sample loops, voice memos from rehearsals and string melodies all get thrown into the mix, rearranged and occasionally shaped into actual songs. The result feels like a collage that balances rough textures against quieter, more deliberate intentions.
